| Historic buildings are the product of human survivability and wisdom,and record the development,construction and social activities of the city in the past.In the renewal and change of the city,if the historical building is separated,this will certainly cause harm to the historical style of the city.For Changchun,a city with more than 200 years of modern history,since someone settled here,the residence has been renewed and evolved as a residence day by day,which embodies the residential culture of each age and reflects the state of life of people.Changchun Modern Residence is currently a large number of Changchun reserves,reflecting more historical information of the residential groups,they are the carrier of Changchun Historical memory.History is not right or wrong,we have a rigorous scientific research attitude,the trace of history,in order to retain the integrity of the perfect history as the fundamental task.October 15,2017,the State Council promulgated the approval of the Changchun of Jilin Province as a national historical and cultural city,Changchun has a long history and culture,rich historical relics,unique urban spatial pattern,distinctive characteristics of industrial heritage,rich and varied intangible culture,with important historical and cultural value.Among them,Changchun Modern residence carries the development and history of Changchun,because of the huge number of existence,which affects the development and change of urban pattern,therefore,it is of special significance to study the integrity of Changchun modern residence in restoring the history of Changchun.The thesis mainly includes the following parts:The first part,analyzes the research background of the subject and its research purpose and significance,expounds the theoretical basis of the research topic and qualifies the concept,introduces the current research summary of the research topic at home and abroad,summarizes the research content and basic framework of the research topic,and puts forward the innovation points and difficulties of the thesis.The second part makes a detailed review of the basic historical research of this thesis,and discusses the development process of Western architectural thought and the status of communication and development in mainland China.Firstly,it combs the development process of Western architectural thought,and secondly,expounds the westernization of national architecture in t wo countries(Russia and Japan)related to this paper,then introduces the spread of Western architectural thought in mainland China,and finally expounds the influence of Western architectural thought on the development of modern residence in North East.The third part,taking Changchun modern residence as the main research object,expounds the development and evolution of Changchun modern residence under the influence of Western architectural thought.This paper mainly introduces the development evolution of Changchun modern city and the planning situation of each period,summarizes the type of residence under the influence of Western architectural thought,systematically analyzes the construction technical characteristics of Changchun modern residence,a nd extracts the typical cases from it for profound analysis.The last part explains the influence of Western architectural thought on Changchun modern residence.This paper mainly summarizes the characteristics of Changchun modern residence under the influence of Western architectural thought,the influencing factors of the spread of Western architectural thought and the influence of Western architectural thought on the residence in the modern period of Changchun.Finally,it expounds the historical value,cultural value,research value and technical value of the modern residential existence in Changchun.Finally,it is hoped that in the renovation and renovation of urban historical buildings in the future,these modern dwellings in Changchun,as the media of ideological communication in history,can be redefined,endowed with a new urban orientation,and jointly build Changchun,a famous historical and cultural city with harmonious and unified development of new and old buildings. |
