| In recent years,the party and the state have attached great importance to the protection of traditional villages and accelerated the progress of protection of traditional village spaces and culture.As an important part of the village space,the traditional village ecological water-control space not only guarantees the ecological water security of the village,but also is an important space carrier for carrying the traditional culture of the village,which has enormous social,economic and cultural values.How to scientifically reveal the value of ecological water-control space,and thus awaken people’s awareness of the protection of traditional village agricultural cultural heritage? It becomes a problem that needs to be studied and solved immediately.This study takes the ecological water-control space of traditional villages in Northeast China as the research object,tries to explore the payment preferences of the villages’ residents for protecting and using ecological water-control space,then evaluate the potential non-use value of it,the development strategy of protecting and utilizing the non-use value of ecological wate-control space is proposed in a targeted manner,aiming to provide a scientific basis for the future development of traditional villages in Northeast China.On the basis of the research on the successful cases of domestic ecological water protection space protection and development,the connotation of the non-use value of the ecological water control space of traditional villages in Northeast China is proposed.Through the comparison of advantages,disadvantages and research basis between non-market value evaluation methods,CVM was selected as the main method of this study and started from the characteristics of ecological water-control space,clarify the possible constraints and deviations of using CVM,and proposes corresponding solutions to prove the feasibility and applicability of CVM in assessing the non-use value.In the evaluation,the payment card-style questionnaire survey was used,and the willingness to protect and develop the ecological water control space was 11.7 yuan per person per month,and the non-use value of ecological water-control space was 543 million-641 million Yuan,verified the feasibility of the protection and utilization from the economic point of view,Finally,the value of willingness to pay through this research is compared with the per capita consumption expenditure structure,per capita fiscal expenditure,and the willingness to pay for the ecological water-control space in the non-urban areas of southern China,thus confirming the necessity of protecting and developing the ecological water control space,Based on the correlation analysis of influencing factors and willingness to pay by SPSS,this paper puts forward specific strategies to improve public willingness to pay and protection and development model.The paper study not only provides a basis for the government to re-plan the financial expenditure of the traditional villages in Northeast China,but also provides a new direction for solving the predicament of the development of the traditional villages in today’s by quantifying the non-use value of the ecological water control-space of the traditional villages in Northeast China. |
