The report of the 19th National Congress clearly pointed out that it is necessary to"accelerate the reform of the ecological civilization system and build a beautiful China".At the same time,in the 2017 Central Document No.1,the concept of "idoral complex"was clearly put forward,and the rural landscape entered the stage of development and construction.Based on this,this research analyzes the background of the pastoral complex,interprets the macro policy background from the top down,analyzes the alienation of rural landscape from the bottom up,and combines the relevant research and practice at home and abroad to propose the current pastoral Issues and views on complex planning.Based on the above problems,the author discusses the theoretical methods of the rural complex planning,prioritizes the conceptual connotation of the rural complex,and combines the planning elements with the spatial characteristics to form the theoretical content of the rural complex planning.Under this premise,based on the theory of symbiosis,landscape ecology,industrial economics and humanism,the relevant planning strategies are proposed to guide the application of the rural complex planning method.The study selected Huanfeng Town,Hanshan County,Maanshan City as the project to carry out the rural complex planning.Through the analysis of the macro background of the planning and the basic conditions of the current situation of the town,the problems and challenges faced by the planning are found,the problem solving solution is targeted,and the reasonable development route is designed to create a "wild field and unconventional style for the town of Huanfeng.Lin Tianyang The idyllic complex of the heart and poetry.The overall planning of the Huanfeng Town Garden Complex covers an area of 437 hectares.The overall structure of the plan is "one zone,three cores and three zones",of which "one zone" refers to the ecological conservation zone,"dual core" is the core area of rural life and the core area of pastoral production,and "three zones" refers to farmland scenery zone and Hanshan culture zone.The agricultural industry area;the overall functional section of the plan is divided into eight parts according to the three dimensions of "ecology,production and life",including:ecological conservation plate,pastoral tourism plate,farming experience plate,Hanshan culture plate,comprehensive management plate,and Kangju demonstration.Sector,high-efficiency agricultural sector and technology research and development sector.Based on the continuation of the overall plan,the zoning plan divides the functional sections into sections,and arranges the corresponding sightseeing spots and service facilities according to the current characteristics of each area.At the same time,from the spatial form of the entire idyllic complex,special plans for road traffic,service facilities and industrial development are laid out.Finally,the investment estimate is made,and targeted safeguard measures are put forward to ensure that the Huanfeng Town Pastoral Complex will be built into a sustainable development area where the ecology,industry and humanities co-exist,and provide reference for the planning and construction of the future rural complex.
