The Study On The Planning Strategy Of Rural Coplex In Northest China Under The Backgroung Of Rural Revitalization

Under the new historical conditions of implementing the new urbanization strategy and deepening the structural reform of the agricultural supply side,changing the traditional urban and rural planning model,accelerating the pace of rural transition and promoting rural revitalization has become a new era issue.In the practice of promoting urbanization and industrialization in Northeast China,the rural areas restrict economic and social development to a large extent.This requires establishing an interactive mechanism between urban and rural areas as soon as possible,and exploring a development path that is compatible with the characteristics of the Northeast.With the development of the development model of the rural complex,the planning and construction of the northeastern countryside has seen a new turn.Based on the background of this era,this paper attempts to systematically explore the planning strategy of the rural complex in the northeastern countryside through the in-depth analysis of the relationship between the construction of the rural complex and the revitalization of the rural development in Northeast China.In this paper,the planning strategy of the Northeast rural complex is taken as the research target,and the Northeast rural village is the specific implementation object.This article discusses the planning strategy of the rural complex in Northeast China,which is based on the development status of rural industry,space and tourism in Northeast China and combines the demands of future rural development.This study first clarified the general laws of rural transformation and development at home and abroad through a review of the literature.Starting from the perspective of the three elements of the rural complex "agriculture,community,cultural tourism" planning,the development of the Northeast rural industry,space,and tourism as the basis of construction Investigate the current situation and analyze the main factors affecting its development in various aspects,and establish a suitability evaluation system for the construction of rural complexes in Northeast China based on the influencing factors obtained from the investigation and analysis.The establishment of the evaluation index system reflects as far as possible the impact of its objective location environment,resource environment,spatial structure,tourism value,development value,andncarrying capacity on the development and construction of the rural complex in Northeast China,and this is used as the basic support for planning strategies.Finally,according to the relevant conclusions of the basic situation of the construction of the Northeast Rural Complex based on the survey results and evaluation indicators,it is recommended to expand the elements of the Northeast Rural Complex,and propose an overall planning model adapted to the rural construction of the Rural Complex in the Northeast.The agricultural industry model aims to construct the industrial planning points of the industrial network system of the three industries,the spatial planning points to reconstruct the rural spatial distribution pattern in combination with modern production methods,and the tourism planning to build a green ecological pattern on the background of the extensive agricultural tourism landscape Key points and key points of the operation plan for an innovative operating model with the goal of overall allocation of resources.The last part takes Xinglong Township,Wuchang City,Heilongjiang Province as an example,and explores the rural idyllic complex planning in Northeast China.
