Based on the understanding of the International Thermonuclear Fusion Reactor(Tokemark),this paper combines the major special project of the Ministry of Science and Technology that China Fusion Engineering Experimental Plant Integrated Integration and Engineering Design(2017YFE0300503),and carry out the tolerance analysis of the fusion reactor vacuum vessel.The three-dimensional model of the fusion reactor vacuum vessel and the tolerance analysis model is established.The tolerance analysis method of the vacuum vessel is proposed.The processing technology and assembly process of the vacuum chamber components are analyzed.Then,the fusion reactor vacuum vessel is built based on the CETOL software under the CATIA platform.Three-dimensional tolerance analysis to obtain an appropriate tolerance design solution to solve the accuracy problem in the overall integration process of the device.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the research background and significance of this topic and the research status of computer aided tolerance design based on the research status of thermonuclear fusion reactors at home and abroad.According to the research basis of tolerance analysis and the analysis characteristics of geometric tolerance and dimensional tolerance,the tolerance accumulation method is proposed,and the characteristics of extreme value method and statistical method are analyzed.The tolerance rules and technical specifications required in this paper are summarized.Using the three-dimensional tolerance analysis software CETOL,the tolerance analysis process and analysis method of the fusion reactor vacuum vessel are studied,and the tolerance distribution principle of the fusion reactor vacuum chamber is determined.(2)It establishes a three-dimensional tolerance analysis model of the fusion reactor vacuum chamber,lists the overall tolerance requirements of the fusion reactor vacuum vessel,and analyzes the process and assembly sequence of the fusion reactor vacuum vessel device.Through the analysis of the simulation results,the critical dimensions affecting the tolerance accuracy are determined by reference sensitivity and contribution,and then optimized to meet the design requirements.Output tolerance results for key dimensions of the fusion reactor vacuum vessel.(3)As a key component of the general assembly of the fusion reactor,the fusion reactor vessel chamber is the reference for the positioning of other components in the vacuum vessel.Therefore,the manufacturing precision of the vacuum vessel directly affects the accuracy of the overall device.In this paper,the tolerance analysis is carried out for the overall size of the vacuum chamber,and the precision of each component of the vacuum chamber is adjusted to meet the overall precision requirements.Then,the detailed tolerance analysis of the PS section of the vacuum vessel is carried out to obtain the dimensional tolerances and geometric tolerances of each part in the PS,which provides technical support for the design,manufacture and data support,thus providing technical support for the smooth assembly of the fusion stack.
