| With the development of media technology and business strategies,an increasing number of Internet products have embraced the trend of socialization,that is,adding social elements or modules into products.This broad trend has led to changes in the form of online social environment surrounding we.The problem is,what designers concern most is whether people participate or not,instead of the meaning construction in the process of interaction.People get limited meaning from the participation of the social interaction.The design research on online social interaction mainly focuses on the increase of user stickiness and the optimization of user experience.the discussion on how to support meaning construction by designing the online social environment.This study proposes a new design perspective,that is,to promote co-create of meaning in online social interaction by building a healthy environment.Through the use of user interviews,Tracking survey,card classification and other methods,the researcher raise four levels of social experience and Five elements of online social environment.Through participatory observation interviews and narrative analysis,the model of SEE social environment construction is finally established.The effectiveness of SEE analysis model is validated through the practice of building social environment for i-Working personalized home office service product.At the practical level,this study provides an analytical framework,helps designers to seek out design opportunities,and quickly locate the social framework of the entire product.It also helps to analyze the existing social environment.At the theoretical level,this study develops a new research perspective for online social design research,and establishes a theoretical framework for the design of online social environment. |
