The technology of RCC arch dam construction in China has been continuously innovated and improved from its introduction to its popularization and application.The quality of warehouse construction directly affects the safety and stability of the project,so it is necessary to strictly control the quality of warehouse construction and improve the corresponding standards.However,the quality of warehouse surface construction is affected by many factors,such as scheme,technology,external environment,etc.Real-time control is difficult.Based on BIM technology,this paper studies the real-time quality control method of warehouse surface construction in the process of warehouse surface construction.Based on the analysis of the construction methods of RCC dam warehouse surface at home and abroad,and in view of the actual needs of quality control of RCC arch dam,this paper puts forward the control objectives of warehouse surface construction quality by analyzing the influencing factors of warehouse surface construction quality,and determines the relevant target parameters.Based on the theory of digital graphics medium,a three-dimensional visualization model for the construction process of RCC arch dam warehouse surface is established.The parameters and information of the model are reasonably analyzed through specific data structure.The visualization monitoring for the construction of RCC arch dam warehouse surface can be carried out,and the real-time quality control and management for the construction quality of concrete arch dam warehouse surface are realized.In summary,based on a RCC arch dam project,this paper analyzed the influencing factors of the construction quality of warehouse surface,simulated and analyzed the data information in the construction process,and verified that the simulation model had high reliability,could calculate the construction data of warehouse surface more accurately,and effectively reflected the actual engineering quality situation..
