As we known, urban road lighting is an important foundation for building of a city and also is an important sign of the city. It reflects the spirit of a modern city and is representative of a city’s image. It plays an important role in urban security, urban landscaping, traffic and urban civilization in the night and also provides important protection for the city people’s lives and economic activities. Currently, most of the city’s street lighting control and management still follow the traditional model of backward in domestic. THSI control and management had not adapt to the rapid development of the current city street lighting and Also caused a great waste of national resources.Based on the software development technology, control technology, GIS technology and GPRS+ZigBee technology, this thesis researched the city lighting control technology and analysis the advantages and disadvantages of domestic and international similar advanced product management, energy-saving mode.The main research content of this thesis are the management of infrastructure data city lighting with the advanced information management technology; application of GIS technology to display the Streetlight equipment geographic location information and states; expansion the device control selection under different environment and intelligent remote lighting control by using advanced single lamp control technology of GPRS+GPRS+ZigBee power line carrier and mixed mode; using the time switch and adjust the light strength and other ways to adjust the energy output and avoid light pollution without affecting lighting quality and safety.Base on the electronic map of streetlights and geographical information system for dynamic management of streetlghts control function, this thesis also design a city lighting energy intelligent monitoring system.This paper is divided into six parts. Firstly, introduce the intelligent control system of status, problems, purpose. Then detailed analysis of the system requirements and research technical indicators; Then elaborated to the three research content for System architecture design、design and implementation of the terminal control systen、System function designed to achieve of Operation Management; Application platform and asset management capabilities designed of The System. Afterward introduce The system of market research and promotion programs. Finally, the paper summarizes and outlook.
