In the process of normal use,the wallboard is often hit frequently by people and objects,and long-term work in a larger temperature difference between indoor and outdoor environment,under such impact load or temperature,the components may produce greater stress and deformation or even crack,the safety reserve of components is reduced,which seriously affects the durability and integrity of components,at the same time causes the user in the sense and the psychological bad feeling.At present,there is little research on this aspect,Therefore,this paper takes this as the starting point,studing the impact effect and temperature effect of prefabricated wallboard.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)According to the relevant specification for two different span of composite sandwich wallboard plugin for impact test.Experimental study on the same wall dynamic response under different impact mass,and the influence of sample span on dynamic response.Theoretical calculation verifies that the impact resistance of the wallboard meets the requirement of cracking resistance of concrete members in the normal use stage.(2)The impact of the wallboard model is established using the finite element software ABAQUS,the validity of the model is verified,and then,analysis of impact velocity and impact mass,impact of factors such as stiffness and boundary conditions on the impact effect of wallboard.The results show that the maximum displacement and residual displacement are proportional to the impact energy when the impact mass is the same,impact mass only affects the magnitude of peak impact force,and the impact time will not change.Under the condition that the impact energy is 300 J,there is a linear relationship between impingement mass and peak displacement,when the mass reaches 40 kg,the peak value of impact force no longer increases,but the duration of impact force still increases.When the stiffness of the impingement increases,the peak value of the impact force increases gradually,but the action time decreases,the displacement peak has no effect,the residual displacement increases,and the final stored deformation energy increases.The maximum displacement and impact response time of the wall panel strengthened by boundary constraints decrease gradually,and the dissipated deformation energy of the wall panel decreases gradually during the vibration process.(3)Using PTemp software simulation of the truss reinforcement effect,hot and cold bridge found wrapped with thermal insulation mortar can effectively reduce the scope of hot and cold bridge.Thermal property of the wallboard through theoretical calculation,found that the influence of XPS plate thickness on the heat transfer coefficient is the largest,the best thickness of benzene plate layer is 60 mm,and using ABAQUS software to simulate the temperature field is consistent with the theoretical calculation results verify the validity of the model.On this basis,the temperature effect is further analyzed,and it is found that the top and bottom edge beam,left and right sides and four corners of the wall board are weak parts,which can be reduced by applying elastic coating.Stress concentration will occur at the openings of doors and Windows,and it is suggested that the hole rate of the wallboard should be controlled within 16% and the hole position should be as far away from the edge of the components as possible.
