Manufacturing is a major part of the real economy and a major area of supply-side structural reform.At present,with the accelerated integration of new generation information technology and manufacturing industry,taking intelligent manufacturing as the core has long already become the main melody of the development of advanced manufacturing industry in the world.Hydraulic components are the core components of high-end equipment and the key part of hydraulic transmission.However,the manufacturing level of hydraulic components in China includes the traditional and backward level of storage management.The research on storage management in digital workshop of hydraulic component manufacturing and the improvement of automation and intelligence level are of great significance to the development of equipment manufacturing industry in China.This paper is based on the intelligent manufacturing comprehensive standardization and new mode application project of ministry of industry and information technology and ministry of finance in 2016--"digital workshop for high-end hydraulic component manufacturing".In order to realize the transformation and upgrading of high-end hydraulic components manufacturing,the digital workshop construction of intelligent production of high-end hydraulic components was carried out,and the intelligent warehouse management system in the digital workshop construction of BY company was further studied.Further research is carried out on the optimization of cargo location allocation and the optimization of cargo location routing in warehousing operation.Appropriate cargo location allocation strategies and optimization principles are selected and designed.A multi-objective optimization model(MOP)is established according to the actual warehousing requirements.The cargo location allocation scheme is solved by genetic algorithm.The results show that both the stability of shelves and the efficiency of cargo location are improved.It has been greatly improved to meet the requirements of safe production and efficient operation of the company,which proves its effectiveness.On the basis of the allocation of cargo space,this paper studies the optimization of the picking path of stacker in warehousing operation,analyses two kinds of operation modes of the two major types of picking operation,and establishes a mathematical model aiming at the shortest running time and the shortest running distance of stacker respectively,and solves the path scheme.The effect of the optimization is also very obvious and achieves to a certain extent.The optimization goal has certain theoretical and practical significance.On the basis of the research on the optimization of warehousing operation,the requirement analysis and design of warehousing management system are carried out according to the actual situation of enterprises and projects.Intelligent perception and information acquisition are realized by using RFID technology,and some optimization methods and intelligent algorithms are used to guide and optimize warehouse management.The intelligent storage management system of digital workshop for hydraulic components is developed based on the platform of.NET and the hardware of RFID tag,reader and stacker.
