With the rapid development of China's transportation infrastructure construction,tunnel construction scale increases rapidly,China tunnel construction has entered four construction period of the high quantity,high technology,high difficulty and high risk high.To carry out safety risk assessment and control of construction stage of tunnel engineering is also increasingly important.Tunnel engineering is faced with more and more risks and the complexity and uncertainty of tunnel construction.First,based on the analysis of the basic situation of seven Chong Village tunnel,this paper explains the means of hazard identification,and uses the risk assessment method of operation condition(LEC method)to evaluate the two kinds of hazard sources in seven Chong Village tunnel construction.Among them,the first class risk in the first class is:the hole collapse.The three levels of construction risk are:high fall,mud inrush,blasting casualties,tunnel discard,mechanical damage,electric shock.The four levels of construction risk include gas explosion,flood and debris flow.The five levels of construction risk are as follows:lifting injury,object strike,fire,vehicle injury,poisoning suffocation,fall and overturn.Among the second types of risk sources,the construction risks of grade two include the responsibility system for safety production,the storage and protection of materials,and the technical quality of personnel.The three level construction risks include the natural environment,the operating environment,the accident emergency mechanism,and the safety management organization.The four level construction risks are:the excavation technology of the tunnel,the correct use of materials and the quality of the main materials.The five levels of construction risk are:whether to train the post,the working face climate conditions,construction monitoring and measurement,the management of primary support,and the way of transportation in the tunnel.Then,based on the previous assessment on seven Okimura tunnel construction is the first hazard in one or two,grade three:hole collapse,falling risk,mud and water bursting,blasting casualties,tunnel spoil,mechanical injury,electric shock,the second class of hazard in the one or two and three level risk:safe production responsibility system,material storage and protection of personnel,technical quality,influence to natural environment,work environment,emergency mechanism,safety management mechanism,put forward the safety control measures.
