| With the development of the times,permanent magnet motor technology continues to innovate,which puts new requirements on the assembly technology of permanent magnet motors.Therefore,designing a permanent magnet motor assembly machine has become an urgent task.For medium and large-sized permanent magnet motors,the assembly process of assembling the rotor assembly and the stator assembly is extremely difficult due to the magnetic force of the permanent magnet.In order to solve the problems of low assembly efficiency and low assembly precision in the manual assembly process and improve the quality of motor assembly,this thesis designs a permanent magnet motor stator and rotor CNC assembly machine,and deeply designs its design process and implementation method.the study.This paper first analyzes the radial dimension chain of permanent magnet motor,which will affect the radial dimension of permanent magnet motor: bearing tolerance,assembly tolerance of bearing and motor stator and rotor,shape of rotor journal and stator housing hole Tolerance,one by one analysis and calculation,the final cumulative error is obtained,and the assembly accuracy of the motor is compared.Finally,it is necessary to design a special permanent magnet motor numerical control assembly machine,which adopts flexible assembly to improve the assembly precision of the permanent magnet motor.On the basis of extensive literature review,the traditional permanent magnet motor assembly process is introduced,and the shortcomings of the traditional assembly process are analyzed.Then the defects of the traditional assembly process are analyzed,and a new permanent magnet motor assembly process is designed.For the GK813 series motor produced by Wuhan Dengqi Electromechanical Technology Co.,Ltd.,the SolidWorks is used to design the whole machine structure of the permanent magnet motor numerical control assembly machine.Then the permanent magnet motor numerical control assembly machine is divided into four modules: rotor assembly module and rotor bearing module.,stator assembly module,fuselage,specific design and motion analysis of each module.Then,the static unbalanced suction force of the stator and the rotor during assembly is analyzed,and the flexible assembly is used to offset the influence of static unbalanced suction,and the highprecision assembly of the permanent magnet motor rotor and stator is realized.After completing the structural design of the permanent magnet motor numerical control assembly machine,the key components of the permanent magnet motor numerical control assembly machine for the movement and force of each module of the assembly machine: cylinder,linear rail,ball screw,servo motor,top cone and bolt,for selection and calibration calculations.Finally,for the motion form of the permanent magnet motor numerical control assembly machine,the key components are selected for strain analysis,and the model established in the previous stage is brought into the workbench.Combined with the force analysis,the strain analysis of the top,the top cone and the fuselage is obtained.The maximum shape variable and stress are safely checked to meet the structural strength of the permanent magnet motor CNC assembly machine. |
