With the rapid development of China’s social economy,the process of urbanization is gradually accelerating and the living standard is slowly improving.At the same time,China is in a multi-earthquake zone,and each earthquake disaster will bring serious economic losses to our country,so the seismic problem of building structure has always been the most direct and fundamental problem faced by structural designers.The traditional seismic design method is to reasonably increase the cross-sectional area of structural members,change the reinforcement ratio of structural members and improve the strength of concrete to achieve the expected seismic effect.This traditional method has many disadvantages,especially it can not give full play to the ductility of structure and components.Based on this problem,it is proposed to reduce the seismic effect of building structure by installing energy dissipation shock absorber in the structure.However,there is a gap between the research on damping control structure in China and abroad,and the research results cannot be widely applied to practical engineering by designers.The research content includes two aspects as follows:(1)Time-history analysis of the damping structure under the action of ground motion.It mainly includes the problem of the optimal arrangement of the damper at different floors in the damping control structure.The layer displacement,the inter-layer displacement,the effect of the floor shear force and the change of the seismic load on the structure after the damper is installed in the structure.The question of the reasonable value of the damper parameters.The ratio of the maximum internal force of the damper to the maximum shear force of the structural member on the floor is proposed.To sum up,the problem proposed is to solve the problem of calculating the design of damping control structure by bottom shear force method similar to traditional structure.(2)The synthetic principle of artificial seismic waves and the concept of spectrum analysis of seismic waves are introduced.There are many kinds of seismic spectrum,including gold well spectrum,peak spectrum,probability density spectrum,Fourier spectrum and power spectrum.The function of each seismic spectrum is different,which reflects the distribution of various parameters of seismic wave.In the appendix of this paper,the corresponding calculation program written by MATLAB is given..(3)On the characteristics of several kinds of damper,application principle and design was analyzed,under the seismic action,the main original structure of damper and the additional damper force calculation analyses of structural system,and compares the data of related parameters and application effects of the research,puts forward setting principles for choosing appropriate damper.
