The design and implementation of the HILS system simulation platform can help users test the performance of the control system in the initial stage of power plant control system development,find its problems,reduce the design and development costs,shorten the development cycle,and bring great convenience for system.The power plant control system HILS is based on xPC Target,in this paper,based on the main characteristics and design requirements of the power plant control system HILS model machine,a design scheme based on the power plant control system HILS is proposed.In-depth study of the software and hardware environment,working mode and implementation scheme of xPC Target.Under the HILS system simulation platform,based on the particle swarm optimization algorithm,the asynchronous motor speed data collected by the system is identified,and the transfer function model of the asynchronous motor drive system is obtained.At the same time,the mathematical model of the asynchronous motor vector control system is studied.The model and simulation of the asynchronous motor vector control system are studied based on the C-MEX S function.Then,with xPC Target as the main research object,the xPC API function was developed with C++as the main programming language,and the virtual model machine simulation software design of HILS system was completed.The software implements HILS real-time simulation process control,online parameter adjustment settings,real-time curve drawing and historical curve drawing.The asynchronous motor single-loop speed control system model and the asynchronous motor vector control system model are tested to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the HILS virtual model machine simulation software and the HILS virtual model machine.By comparing the offline simulation and the HILS virtual model machine simulation results,it can prove the rationality and correctness of the design of the HILS virtual model machine.The power plant control system HILS model machine design technical solution has high application value for power plant control system simulation.
