The Hardware-in-the-loop simulation(HILS),which is a branch of simulation technology.It is widely used in industrial systems such as machinery manufacturing,thermal power generation,distributed power generation and so on.At present,it is widely applied to the distributed control system(DCS)in the HILS system of distributed generation.However,since the communication standard of data acquisition vary from production equipment,the device is not uniform.Therefore,it has a poor integration among the DCS system in general industry.Therefore,it is very important to study an efficient,stable and real-time communication method to realize the data communication and share of the HILS system.The Sim-Stim interface model has completely changed the way of data exchange mode in the HILS system.The data sharing program is realized through a real-time data acquisition program and a real-time database.This paper,a Sim-Stim interface model communication system is proposed,which is based on OPC technology and database technology to realize the acquisition and exchange and storage of real –time date.It can integrate all kinds of signals according to unified standard without duplication Drivers,and the control system's interoperability and adaptability of the communication system will be greatly improved.In this paper,the Sim-Stim communication system is developed by writing OPC client,database and database application program and remote serial communication program.The semi-physical simulation platform is built based on a variety of hardware equipment,and DCS system and APROS,which is a high-precision simulation software.The system is verified to be stable and real-time by simulation test engineering.Based on the semi-physical simulation platform,the integrated control strategy of SOFC-MGT hybrid power generation system is studied,and the DCS operation monitoring platform,APROS simulation engineering platform and HOLLiAS MACS control platform are designed.The control result shows that the semi-physical simulation can not only use the data which obtained from the simulation platform to set the control parameters of the DCS control system,so that the system can reduce the time and the cost during debugging phase,but also strengthen the system's simulation credibility.
