In recent years,with the increasing proportion of wind connected to grid.The demand for the consumption space of the power grid and the peaking pressure have increased significantly,because of wind power’s volatility and anti-peaking characteristics.Relying only on peak regulation of traditional unit and Long-distance delivery is difficult to achieve complete consumption of wind power.Based on this,this paper proposes to fully explore the adjustment potential of the demand side,and participate in coordinated control through wide-area adjustable load,thereby improving the local grid’s ability to absorb wind power.Firstly,this paper analyzes the operation characteristics of large-scale wind power unit,then discusses the factors of wind power obstruction.On this basis,the technical feasibility of wide-area load participation in wind power consumption is analyzed.Secondly,this paper studies typical wide-area loads regulation characteristics,including various types of high-energy loads and civilian adjustable load.According to the different load regulation characteristics,it is divided into discrete adjustable load,continuously adjustable load and transferable load,and then establish the mathematical model separately.Among them,for the characteristics of small adjustable capacity,wide distribution and large quantity of civil adjustable load,this paper proposes to participate in grid regulation after the civil adjustable load is aggregated,and establish a transferable load polymerization adjustment model.Furthmore,the constraint of the line electrode limit on the adjustment ability of the wide-area load is analyzed and quantified into the load regulation model constraints.Then,according to the different adjustment characteristics of wide-area load,this paper proposes a multi-time scale grading control mode in which wide-area load participates in the regulation of obstructed wind power.According to this control mode,a day-to-day electric quantity optimization control model,an intraday power optimization control model and a Civil adjustable controlled variable optimizing the aggregation point load allocation model are established.In view of the mathematical model established above,this paper uses the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the problem.On this basis,the control strategy of multi-time scale wide-area load participation in wind power consumption is proposed.Finally,based on the actual operation mode of Gansu Hexi Power Grid,the feasibility and effectiveness of the wide-area load response control strategy based on wind power consumption are verified by simulation.
