With the transformation of power marketing service of power supply enterprises from passive service oriented to professional technology to active service and experience service oriented to Energy Internet and power market environment,the quality of power supply service,as the core issue of power supply service,has been paid more extensive attention.However,the existing evaluation methods of power supply service quality can not truly reflect the real impact of power quality on power customers and can not evaluate their true feelings.Therefore,how to objectively evaluate the quality of power supply quality and its weak points from the perspective of power customers,and provide a reference for further optimizing the power network and power services has become one of the hot issues in the "Internet plus"marketing environment.Therefore,in this paper,the power supply service quality evaluation of regional power grid is studied in depth,and an assessment index system of power quality of regional power grid based on customer perception as well as its implementation are proposed.Firstly,aiming at the existing problems in power supply service quality evaluation at the present stage,an index system suitable for power supply service quality evaluation of regional power grid based on power customer perception information as well as its specific index definition and calculation method are constructed;secondly,a comprehensive evaluation method of power supply service quality based on entropy weight method is established according to the actual characteristics of power supply service quality of regional power grid;thirdly,on the basis of describing the source and characteristics of perceived information of power customers in detail,a text data mining and analysis method suitable for the big data of power customers is proposed.Finally,the application and analysis are carried out based on the actual data of a certain regional power grid in China,and the results show the effectiveness of this method.
