The main purpose of electric power marketing audit is to effectively supervise the entire electric power marketing business process and activities,to avoid some common operational risks to some extent,reduce economic losses in electric power marketing activities,and then improve the level of electric power marketing management.From the point of user electricity consumption,the effective implementation of power marketing audit management can be targeted to supervise and inspect a series of procedures for electricity business and safeguard the interests of customers.Therefore,it is of great significance for power enterprises and users to study the fine management of marketing audit.In view of the existing market system to be mainly positioned to focus on the implementation of basic services and simple statistical analysis,through analysis,mining and application of the large power data,a strong support of the actual business work refinement and continuous creation of the marketing auditing center of a power supply bureau is realized.Firstly,combined with the practical experience of a power supply bureau in the implementation of marketing audit,the demand of precision marketing audit is sorted out,including data demand and functional demand.By analyzing the data of the marketing system,it is found that there is no correlation between the processing work order and the return and supplement work order of some users in the marketing system.Therefore,an algorithm was proposed to match the processing work order and the return and supplement work order of the same user in this work.By Comparing with the user power curve and the manual entry fault interval,it is found that the manual entry fault interval has obvious inaccuracy.Therefore,another algorithm was proposed to detect the actual fault interval of the user.After detecting the actual fault interval,the power consumption of users within the fault interval needs to be compensated.Therefore,another algorithm was proposed as the basis for power recovery.Then the overall design of the system is introduced,including the system architecture,function design and database design.Finally,based on the results of key algorithms and the overall design of the system,the power marketing precision audit system is developed and practical application.Various problems existing in the original marketing audit work is effectively solved with this system,and the efficiency is improved,which brings management and economic benefits to the power supply enterprises.
