Distribution network is an important part of modern power system.With the gradual improvement of the main network structure of power system in China,improving the planning and operation level of distribution network has become the key to further promote the development of power system.However,the rapid development of electric vehicles has changed the traditional power load characteristics,which has a certain impact on the original power system.On the one hand,as a new mode of energy utilization,EV has both environmental and energy benefits.On the other hand,the access of large-scale EV poses new challenges to the planning and operation of distribution network.How to adapt to the development of EV load while ensuring safety,reliability and economy is a problem that power workers must consider.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the traditional operation method of power grid planning,so as to make it more adaptable.Based on the research of the operation characteristics and dispatching methods of distribution network after the electric vehicle is connected,this paper further studies the influence of electric vehicle on load forecasting,transformer selection and operation dispatching potential of distribution network,and completes the following work:1)According to the development stage of EV and the characteristics of EV load forecasting methods,a load forecasting method based on Least Square Vector Machine theory is selected and its feasibility is analyzed from the point of view of practical application.Then the LS-SVM load forecasting model of EV is constructed,and the factors affecting the load change of EV are studied by data analysis method,so as to accurately predict the load of power grid containing EV,which can be used as a reference for power grid operation and planning.2)Establish the distribution network planning model,and improve the evaluation index system of distribution network planning.Taking transformer selection in substation as the core,this paper studies the planning results and economic benefits of regional distribution network neeting the requirements under different penetration rates of electric vehicles,and analyses the impact of large-scale access of electric vehicles on equipment selection and capacity-load ratio in the process of power network planning,so as to improve the planning level of distribution network.3)By analyzing the driving characteristics and load variation of electric vehicles,the influence of electric vehicles oin power grid operation is studied.Based on the analysis of the social benefits of electric vehicles participating in power system dispatching,the dispatching potential model of electric vehicles is established,and then the dispatching potential of electric vehicles is evaluated,and the optimal dispatching range which meets the requirements of power grid operation is obtained,which will be helpful for electric power enterprises to clear the dispatching direction.
