As the problem of environmental pollution and energy shortages become increasingly prominent,the number of the electric vehicle ownership in each country is growing rapidly.However,due to the random and real-time charging mode of the electric vehicle,the large-scale access of this kind of vehicle brings great challenges to the stable development of the economy.On the other hand,it also brings new opportunities for the establishment of smart grids and the application of demand side response.In order to better satisfy the charging demand of the user and to alleviate the adverse effects of the electric vehicle charging load on the power grid at the same time,it is urgent to carry out characteristic analysis and simulation modeling of the electric vehicle charging load.Therefore,this paper focuses on the modeling of the electric vehicle charging load.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The temporal-spatial variables of the user's travel behaviors in different days is established.Based on this,the probability distribution model of each temporal-spatial variable is established,and the temporal and spatial variation law of users' daily travel behavior is studied according to the model.In this model,the temporal variables consist of:the start time of the first travel,travel time and parking time;the spatial variables include:mileage and space transfer probability.(2)The current mainstream lithium-ion battery and lithium iron phosphate battery are taken as examples,the variation law of power battery capacity under different ambient temperatures is analyzed,and the influence of ambient temperature on the air-conditioning power consumption of the vehicle is studied.The traffic performance index that takes proportion of traffic mileage into consideration as well as the the electric vehicle travel energy consumption model are proposed so as to characterize the travel time and the travel power consumption of the electric vehicle under the traffic condition at the user's travel time,thereby realizing the prediction of the user's vehicle travel power consumption and future charging load demand.(3)With the combination of the probability distribution model of temporal and spatial variables of user's travel behavior,the influence of user's charging mode and external factors on the power consumption of the vehicle are taken into consideration,thus proposing a simulation method of electric vehicle charging load based on trip chain and Monte Carlo method.With the real data of traffic travel as examples,the validity of the proposed model is verified.The charging load is estimated by the user travel data,which solves the problem that the current electric vehicle charging data is not enough to construct the model,and the daily variation law of the charging load of the electric vehicle in various cases is also analyzed.
