In the context of environmental pollution and energy crisis,Electric Vehicle(EV)has advantages in energy consumption,pollutant emission,driving quality,economy and other aspects compared with traditional fuel vehicles.Therefore,it has attracted extensive attention from all sectors of society.With the development of EV industry,EV models with longer driving range launched by manufacturers have come into the public’s sight.However,the few charging piles and unreasonable setting of charging stations encountered by car owners in actual use have brought inconvenience to the car owners,which also makes the public generally stay in a wait-and-see state to EV.Therefore,the gradual construction of a perfect EV charging system is the premise for EV to fully replace fuel vehicles.Focusing on the planning problem of EV charging facilities,this paper proposes a grid division method based on weighted Voronoi diagram.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,this paper introduces the relevant background of EV and some theoretical knowledge used,including charging mode,charging equipment,ordered charging and disordered charging,Monte Carlo method,queuing theory,Voronoi diagram,Floyd algorithm,which lays a foundation for subsequent EV charging load modeling and charging station planning.Secondly,the charging load model of EV is established.The city according to the function and behavior regularity of different is divided into five regions.The travel regularity of private car,taxi and bus and the transfer between different regions of EV are analyzed.The travel process of private cars and taxis presents strong randomness,so probability modeling is carried out for the first trip time,travel chain,stay time of private cars and passenger interval time of taxis.However,the travel route and time of public buses are relatively fixed and no modeling is required.The influence of different electricity prices on the charging and discharging behavior of consumers and the influence of different temperatures on the range of EV are analyzed.And the validity of the model is verified by simulation.Finally,the planning scheme of the charging station site and the number of equipment is proposed.Analyzed the efficiency of charging station construction,including construction costs,operating costs,user discharge benefits,charging stations sell electricity returns,as a decline in the cost of power grid operation.In order to ensure the user experience,the maximum allowable queuing time and the sum of the maximum allowable heading time and queuing time are set as constraints.Based on the principle of weighted Voronoi diagram,the grid of charging service is divided.The economic indexes under different electricity prices and temperatures are analyzed and compared with those without grid generation scheme.
