Zoomlion,as a leader in the domestic environmental protection industry,complies with the trend of accelerating urbanization in China,and has made significant contributions to the society and also achieved considerable development.In the process of rapid development,the number of employees is increasing day by day.How to improve the salary management level of enterprises is an important subject of human resource management.Optimizing the salary management system will effectively combine the employee’s salary with the enterprise’s goal,which will greatly promote the development of the enterprise while maximizing the employee’s own economic benefits.This paper takes Zoomlion environmental industry co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as "ZLHJ company") as the research object.Firstly,this paper studies the domestic and foreign literature related to salary management,the concepts and relevant theories of salary management,including the hierarchy of needs theory,two-factor theory,expectation theory and comprehensive theory of incentive process.Secondly,it uses the methods of combining theory with practice,quantitative and qualitative analysis,literature research and questionnaire survey.Then,investigate ZLHJ Company’s current situation,organizational structure and employee profile.Meanwhile,the salary satisfaction questionnaire of employees of ZLHJ Company was designed.The questionnaire included four dimensions they are: salary system,salary level,salary structure and salary system.The employees included senior managers,professional and technical personnel,general managers and production personnel.Thirdly,based on the results of the above questionnaire analysis,it points out the existing problems in ZLHJ company’s compensation management and make deep analysis on the causes of the problems.Finally,according to the principles and ideas of compensation management optimization,to design the compensation management optimization scheme which suitable for ZLHJ company and the measures which to ensure the successful implementation of the compensation management optimization.
