Research On Monitoring And Command System Of Power Process Based On Intelligent Terminal

As the most basic working unit of the grid company,the team often needs to go out to work.How to improve the work efficiency and safety during the operation has always been valued by the company.With the continuous development of intelligent terminals,cloud video and communication technologies,it has become possible to monitor the entire operation of power operations.This can grasp and record the on-site work situation in real time,detect potential safety hazards in time,and supervise the operation process to improve work efficiency.The power grid company is of great significance.In this paper,the combination of helmet,HD camera and intelligent terminal is used as the recording device when the staff goes out to work.The cloud video technology is used to transmit the work site situation to the monitoring command system in real time,which provides an objective basis for the background monitor to make decisions.First of all,it sorts out the business process of the team operation,analyzes the main problems existing,and determines the requirements of the power operation monitoring and control system.Based on the research of video anomaly state and positioning deviation detection technology in the power operation site environment,the configuration and design scheme of the intelligent terminal hardware is given,and the intelligent terminal including the functions of live video recording,action track positioning and operation process management is completed.Then,the application of the whole process management in different types of power operations is studied.Through the cooperation of the intelligent terminal and the monitoring and command system,the whole process management of the power operation is realized.Finally,based on cloud video,WebGIS and other technologies,a power operation monitoring and command system integrated with intelligent terminals was developed.Through the practical application of the power operation monitoring and control system,the monitoring personnel can grasp the positioning information of all the on-duty team members at any time,view the real-time situation on the site,and communicate with the staff to conduct their work when the suspicious problem is found,which significantly improves the safety of the work and the enthusiasm of the staff.
