| After the berthing of container ships,the loading and unloading tasks of containers are carried out in the front operation area of the terminal,and the quayside operation of the terminals is the most important operation area of container terminals.In order to take the initiative and promote the competition in the market competition,the wharf company must pay great attention to the efficiency and quality of the front operation.The container terminal as a connection point for shipping and land transport,international trade center and transit stations in the national economy occupies an important position,since the 2008 world financial crisis,the slow recovery of the world economy,the international shipping market downturn,the container terminal’s competition is more intense.QW Container Terminal Company,in order to build the core competitiveness in the increasingly fierce competition in the industry,an important action is to further enhance the company’s quayside operation service.Based on this background,under the domestic and foreign research,this paper takes the operation plan,quayside operation and operation command,and the information system in those operation process,those four closely related parts together as a whole quayside operation command system to study.From the angle of system thinking,the reasons of the typical problems of QW Container Terminal Company in quayside operation were analyzed,proposed constructive measures on various issues,and pointed out that the safeguard measures of coping strategies from the management level,the leadership level,system level and technical level,on the one hand for the QW container terminal through the operation command system upgrade to provide reference of enhancing the competitiveness of the company,on the other hand also provide reference of organization management,operation process reconstruction in the forefront operation for similar terminal Enterprises in the seaport industry... |
