In recent years,the development of clean and renewable energy,such as wind power and photovoltaic,has become an important part of China's response to climate change and energy security.Different from conventional power generation forms,renewable energy cannot be stored on a large scale,and have the characteristics of randomness and volatility.In the traditional clearing mode,conventional power generation forms have high load accuracy and stable output,the research on its clearing electricity price is generally from a qualitative perspective,and the large-scale renewable energy enhances the randomness and uncertainty of the system,the traditional clearing mode does not apply.Inappropriate clearing modes can cause economic losses or security risks to the power system.Therefore,this paper researched on the clearing of the electricity market under the participation of renewable energy.The main research contents include the following aspects:Firstly,the general situation and the basic trading modes of power market are summarized.And analyzed several typical pilot projects,including East China pilot project,Guangdong pilot project and Yunnan pilot project.Secondly,summarized the current situation of renewable energy consumption and the policies of renewable energy in China,including energy-saving power generation dispatching policy,environmental emission reduction dispatching policy,carbon emission trading policy and renewable energy quota policy,and summarized the renewable energy consumption approach from three aspects:power generation side,power grid side and user side.With the liberalization of China's electricity market,a multi-agent bidding model based on Q learn is proposed for renewable energy generators to participate in the electricity market bidding.The results show that in terms of convergence characteristics,optimal solutions and robustness,the algorithm is feasible and effective for solving the quotation problem of power producers in the electricity market.For the impact of the randomness and volatility of renewable energies on participating in the electricity market bidding.The paper constructs a multi-level market optimization transaction model under the participation of the energy storage power station,and illustrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and method.
