| In recent years,the reform of power system in China has developed rapidly,Up to now,the first batch of eight spot electricity markets have all been carried out for simulated operation and settlement operation.Significant progress has been made in the reform of electricity marketization.At present,At present,the electricity spot market is being built in units of provinces.There is a need for inter-provincial power transactions in order to promote renuwable energy consumption.After the provincial power spot markets are completed,how to carry out inter-provincial power trading is an urgent issue facing the development of China’s power market.The realization of clearing of electricity power markets in multiple regions is conducive to breaking down inter-provincial barriers,maximizing the reasonable flow of resources between provinces,and also contributing to the ultimate goal of a unified national power market.Due to the large scale of China’s power system and the large number of generating units and users,if the existing clearing algorithm is used,it is likely to be difficult to solve due to the high order.In order to solve the above problems,this paper has studied in-depth the mechanism of cross-region electricity trading in mature foreign electricity markets.In those electricity power market,cross-regional power transactions are implemented by regional transmission organization through unified clearance.However.China’s power grid uses a multi-level hierarchical dispatching working mechanism.If foreign clearance methods are used,it will rashly cancel the dispatching authority of the provincial dispatching department,and it is not conducive to the safe and stable operation of our power grid.Therefore,this paper presents a day-ahead market clearing model which can be used in multiple regions.The model works ollaboratively with the upper and lower level market operators to achieve the goal of reducing the order.It not only respects the results of the provincial power market clearance,but also solves the "dimensional disaster" problem of clearing of electricity power market in multiple regions and reached its intended goal.Firstly,it introduces the existing day-ahead market clearing model and lays the theoretical foundation for this article.Then it determined the research premise based on the cross-region trading mechanism in foreign electricity markets,and introduced the main idea of the model through a simple example.Finally,this paper comprehensively considers the various situations that may occur and proposes a clearing model of day-ahead electricity market in multiple regions.In order to ensure the integrity of the research,this paper uses re-dispatch method for real-time congestion management.The example of the day-ahead electricity power markets clearing model proposed in this paper is verified.The results of the example show that the model proposed in this article can ensure that the overall welfare of the society is not lost,and the coupling clearing results are consistent with results using zonal marginal price in whole regions.,and the results verify the correctness of the model.It also quantitatively analyzed The reduction effect of the model. |
