Urban traffic network design is an important part of urban traffic system research.Various types of urban traffic network design problems have been widely studied.With the in-depth study of traffic problems,the mathematical planning network design problem which is biased towards ideal conditions,can no longer meet the needs of research.How to solve the complex traffic network problem closer to reality is becoming more and more important.Based on the analysis and summary of the existing research results of traffic network design,this paper designs a discrete traffic network design problem(DTNDP),which aims to improve network traffic efficiency by widening the lanes and setting up dedicated lanes on the road.And reduce the total travel cost of the system;consider the game of unmanned vehicles and traditional vehicles in the path allocation.The bi-level programming theory is used to establish the bi-level programming model of this problem.At the same time,numerical examples are set to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.In this paper,several aspects of research are carried out.Firstly,based on the actual traffic congestion situation,a dedicated lane optimization bi-level programming problem is proposed.The lower layer problem is a traffic assignment problem considering multi-user game,and the upper layer problem is traffic manager.The decision-making problem of optimizing the total cost of the system is achieved by widening the lanes and setting up dedicated lanes.Secondly,an improved ConstrLMSRBF algorithm is proposed to solve this problem.By controlling the evaluation point generation rules to adapt to the requirements of discrete decision variables,and using the point mutations in the neighborhood operation to improve the solution efficiency.The numerical results demonstrate the effectiveness of the improved ConstrLMSRBF algorithm.Then,an improved ITAPAS algorithm is proposed to solve the mixed user traffic assignment problem.The idea of diagonalization is added to the ITAPAS algorithm,so that its algorithm can cope with the game between multiple users and efficiently solve the problem of mixed user traffic assignment.Numerical experiments show that the improved ITAPAS algorithm can quickly solve high-precision solutions.Finally,the effects of dedicated lane setting and widening lanes on the system cost of the transportation system are discussed;and the sensitivity analysis of some indicators in the network design for the traffic system is discussed.It provides an optimization plan for the construction of urban roads and the setting of dedicated lanes,and makes a reasonable evaluation and analysis of the proposed optimization scheme.
