Refrigeration display cabinet is widely used in the refrigerated food industry,in which closed air curtain refrigeration display cabinet occupies a large proportion.In the closed refrigeration display cabinet,the performance of the air curtain determines whether the temperature and velocity fields in the cabinet are uniform and stable,and also affects the quality of food in the refrigeration display cabinet and the energy consumption of the refrigeration display cabinet system.For the air curtain and evaporator of refrigeration display cabinet,the main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper takes the closed refrigeration display cabinet as the research object,matches the refrigeration system of the refrigeration display cabinet,checks the corresponding components after matching,and verifies its rationality.(2)The mathematical model of the air curtain and air flow in the refrigeration display cabinet was established,and the air tissue flow in the cabinet was simulated by FLUENT software.The key points of temperature field and velocity field in the air curtain and cabinet of refrigeration display cabinet were measured by experiment.The experimental results were compared with the simulation results to verify the accuracy of the model.(3)The key points of temperature and velocity distribution of air tissue in refrigeration display cabinet under different air outlet temperature and air outlet velocity are selected to make a comparative analysis of the broken line diagram.Considering the size of the air outlet velocity,the low temperature requirement of the refrigeration area in the cabinet and the formation of the air curtain,the optimum scheme of the air outlet parameters of the refrigeration display cabinet in the normal working range is determined,that is,the air outlet temperature of the refrigeration display cabinet is 250K,and the air outlet velocity is 2.5m/s.At this time,the best performance of the air curtain to meet the low temperature requirement of the refrigeration display cabinet(4)Establish the MATLAB model of evaporator to calculate the key parameters of evaporator outflow,compare the experimental data,verify whether the simulation data of the wind curtain,the simulation data of the evaporator and the experimental data are consistent within the allowable error range,make the flow process of the wind curtain converge in the cabinet and in the evaporator,and verify the coupling between the flow of the wind curtain in the cabinet and the air flow in the air duct evaporator.?Then through the analysis of experimental data,simulated cloud images and theoretical calculation formulas,the specific coupling performance of evaporator parameters and wind curtain parameters is obtained,and the coupling relationship between the specific parameters of evaporator and wind curtain is verified.
