With the continuous popularization and widespread use of automobiles,the demand for automobile tires has also gradually increased,and the time taken for handling and storage of tires before use has become significant.Coupled with the shortage of resources such as land,human resources and material resources,the storage costs of tires have increased.In order to solve this problem,in the process of tire storage and transportation,the construction of an automated warehouse for automobiles and a high-performance storage system can effectively improve the operating efficiency of the stacker storage system of automobile tire stackers and increase the tire throughput.Obtain greater economic and social benefits.The stacker as the core of the entire automated warehouse storage system warehousing equipment,its motor speed performance and operating path 1s the key factor to determine the efficiency of the entire storage system operations,so in order to improve the efficiency of the warehouse,stacking machine motor speed performance optimization and operational path optimization has become one of the key factors in current research.In the optimization of motor speed performance,after consulting and researching domestic and foreign literature,fuzzy PID control strategy is used instead of traditional PID control to make up for the drawback that the PID parameters in the speed regulation process are single and online adjustment can not be achieved.However,the use of fuzzy PID control is difficult to optimize the PID parameters,Therefore,the fuzzy PID controller based on genetic algorithm is improved,that is,the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the proportional coefficient,the integral coefficient and the differential coefficient.The corresponding satisfaction function is established according to the index and the function evaluation is realized as the fitness function,and The kp,ki and kd values obtained by the search function of the genetic algorithm.The search value is real-time applied in fuzzy control,and finally realizes real-time online optimization.The model of the motor speed system is built and simulated,which realizes the optimization of the speed of the stacker motor and lays the foundation for path optimization.In path optimization,The genetic algorithm is used to optimize the path of the stacker.Through the continuous improvement of the genetic algorithm parameters and the number of iterations,the path is further optimized.In this paper,the corresponding simulation model is built in MATLAB/Simulink and the control strategy is simulated and compared.The simulation and verification results show that the control strategy and algorithm designed in this paper can improve the speed performance of the stacker motor and optimize the path to the maximum.The purpose of improving the working efficiency of the stacker storage system for automobile tires automated warehouse.
