The substation plays a key role in the normal operation of railway system.At present,a large amount of manpower and material resources have been spent on the inspection of equipment in the substation.However,the traditional manual inspection has some shortcomings,such as low efficiency,great uncertainty of inspection quality and high labor intensity.With the rapid development of China's railway system,the number of substations is increasing,which puts forward new requirements for the inspection and maintenance of substation.Therefore,it is necessary to develop an intelligent inspection system to replace manual inspection.The system can automatically inspect equipment in the substation,generate inspection report after inspection,analyzes the inspection data to obtain the operation status of the equipment,timely find the problems existing in the equipment,and send the problems to the mobile phones of the inspectors,which plays a significant role in ensuring the normal operation of the substation.First on the analysis of the development on the basis of the checking system both at home and abroad,combined with the requirement of the enterprise,with 35 kv high-voltage chamber as the research object,the inspection robot is put forward to as the center,in combination with SMS module,information center,as well as the overall scheme of the fixed detection device,formulated the distribution equipment intelligent inspection system of hardware system and software system.According to the composition and functional requirements of the intelligent inspection system for substation equipment,the hardware design of the system is divided into three parts: the hardware design of the inspection robot,the hardware design of the information center and the hardware design of the fixed detection device.On this basis,the electrical system of the system is designed,manufactured and installed.According to the characteristics of the hardware and the requirements of the control system,the software of the control system is divided into the software design of the inspection robot and the software design of the information center.The inspection task is set through the database module,and the inspection robot carries out the inspection task according to the planned path.When it arrives at the high-voltage switch cabinet,the motion module in the PLC is called through the communication module to make the detection device reach the designated position for information collection.The collected information is processed by image,analyzed and compared with data,and recorded into the database module.After the inspection,the images taken during the inspection and the inspection report generated are sent to the information center through wireless communication.The information center conducts data analysis through the data analysis module and timely gives fault warning.In order to ensure the stable operation of the system,a lot of functional debugging and parameter setting are required,such as automatic operation process debugging,control system interface debugging,communication program debugging,log information debugging and so on.At present,the design and debugging of intelligent inspection system for substation equipment has been completed and put into operation,Automatic inspection is carried out in the 35 kV high-voltage room.In the process of operation,the system performs well,stable operation and meets the design requirements,has passed the acceptance of Shanghai railway bureau.
