Research And Application On Intelligent Inspection Robot In Substation Of Tang Ling

In recent years,there is a sharp contradiction in the electric power production with the rapid development of power grid.On the one hand,substations and electric equipments in a substation increase rapidly;on the other hand,State Grid is actively promoting construction of unmanned-work substation system,which results in the problem of personnel shortage.In order to dissolve he contradiction effectively and improve the quality of the patrol,Zhejiang Electric Power Corporation introduced intelligent inspection robot in substation to help people inspect electric equipments for replacing the traditional tools which rely on the sense of personnel and experiences.Based upon an intelligent inspection robot in substation of TangLing of Zhejiang Electric Power Corporation,the development history of domestic and foreign robot was reviewed in this thesis.The intelligent inspection robot in China takes high speed development of power grid as an opportunity and becomes the world leader in the production of electricity.First of all,software and hardware compositions of the robot are described in detail.The verification of the two major functions which were infrared temperature measurement and equipment inspection was then described.The problems and solutions of the inspection of the robot tracks in practical application were presented and analyzed.There was a cause of the vulnerability of the batteries of the intelligent inspection robot,and the solution to the cause was given.The solution of the inspection robot's function of obstacle parking failed in the rainy day was performed.Finally,the application conditions of the intelligent inspection robot was given,which can successfully operates in the substation.
