| Currently, the inspection mode for the substation equipment of35KV and abovevoltage level in our country is basically a combination of regular daily inspection andspecial inspection. This mode focuses on regular overall inspection for all equipmentand facilities according to established time intervals, but it lacks of concern forassessment results of equipment state and risk analysis according to differentequipment defectsã€operating conditions etc. and it can not with pertinence adoptdifferent inspection periodsã€inspection project, etc. To some degree, the current inspection mode lacks of scientific, the rationalityand validity of the inspection work is difficult to guarantee for its certainblindness.Too long inspection period may easily lead to equipment failure andincreased economic loss for equipment defects can’t be discovered in time. However, too short inspection period may lead to great waste of both human and materialresources, and excessive inspection prones to drop the inspection crew’s guard, thenthey can not response sensitively enough to equipment state changes. This article aims to improve the traditional inspection mode that focuses onregular overall inspection for all equipment and facilities according to the establishedtime interval and its insufficient concern for different health status and operatingcondition of the equipment, and on the basis of equipment state analysis and riskassessment, researches the establishment of the equipment defects mathematicalmodel based on equipment life cycle rule to identify the quantitative relationshipbetween the operating status and inspection work of the equipment, thus developsinspection projectsã€inspection cycleã€inspection content, and inspection mode that isdynamically adjustable according to the change of equipment state (namely stateinspection model),so as to realize the optimization of human resources and enhancethe inspection quality and ensure the safety of the equipment. |
