The trash-cleaning machine is a hydraulic mechanical equipment specially used for cleaning the trash in the water,which is above the trash rack of the pumping station.As the water environment changes,the total amount of dirt in the water continues to increase,and The type of dirt continue to increase.The cleaning equipment must meet the control requirements of various working conditions,and must adapt to their respective work and natural environment.It also put forward higher requirements for the safe operation of engineering and cleaning equipment.In view of the defect of the domestic fixed type trash-cleaning machine and the domestic mobile trash-cleaning machine is imperfect at present,the thesis designed a new type of grab trash-cleaning machine based on the analysis and comparison of the performance of various cleaning machines and the appropriate absorption of the advantages of foreign cleaning machines.The work done is mainly as follows:(1)Structure design and modeling of the grab trash-cleaning machine’s working device.According to the use requirements of the grab trash-cleaning machine,the paper conducted the program demonstration and designed the specific structural layout.The Solidworks software was used to build the 3D Model of the grab trash-cleaning machine and the Adams software was used to set up the model of virtual prototype.It’s simulated and analyzed that the grab trash-cleaning machine dynamic characteristics with multi-body system kinematics and dynamics,the maximum motion envelope diagram of the cleaning machine and the stress condition of the oil cylinder are obtained.(2)Design and modeling of the hydraulic system of the grab trash-cleaning machine working device.According to the use requirements of the grab trash-cleaning machine,the thesis determined the main parameters of the hydraulic system and designed hydraulic system.The hydraulic components is selected.Amesim software was used to establish the simulation model of axial piston pump and verify the correctness of the model.According to the hydraulic schematic diagram,a complete hydraulic simulation model of the working device was established in AMESim software.(3)Mechanical-hydraulic co-simulation and analysis of the trash-cleaning machine working device.With co-simulation of Adams and Amesim,the interface port between the two simulation softwares was set.Finally,the co-simulation environment of the mechanical and hydraulic system was created.Through co-simulation,the dynamic characteristics of the mechanical and hydraulic system were analyzed.The system parameters were set and optimized which provided a reference for machine design and manufacturing.
