This paper mainly solves the structure and analysis of the working device of the swing arm type of dump truck.It uses the method of virtual prototype simulation analysis and finite element analysis.They are based on the existing simulation technology and finite element analysis(FEA)and other advanced computer technology to combine the optimization design method.They are integrated,complete and systematic analysis methods of tooling.The virtual prototype simulation can realize dynamic analysis of the working device of swing arm type dump truck.That can get the displacement,speed and force of the working device in the motion process,In order to determine the risk conditions of the working device.You can check the strength of the work device in the use of finite element analysis.In this paper,we use SolidWorks to make the 3D geometry model of the working equipment.According to the existing parameters to determine the size of the load,the movement time of each component of the working device.We carry out the kinematics and dynamics simulation by using Adams virtual prototype.That can obtain the force condition of the big arm of the dangerous working condition.The Simulation module in SolidWorks is used to carry out the finite element analysis,and the strength of the swing arm is checked.Finally,according to the force of the hydraulic cylinder and the displacement of the working process,the hydraulic system of the hydraulic system is designed and checked.
