Research On The Establishment And Design Of New Community Hospital Service Model

With the improvement of living standard and the development of medical technology,people have a new understanding of healthy life and have higher and higher demands on health.In order to form a new pattern of "going to the hospital for serious diseases,going to the community for minor diseases,and returning to the community for rehabilitation",the paper established a whole set of medical function service mode system for the community hospitals,so as to better serve the residents.This paper takes the urban community health service system as the theoretical basis,which is the end of the three-level medical and health system in China.The specific content of this study is based on the medical needs of community residents,including the connotation of community,the requirements of community people for health needs,the association between community hospitals and hospitals at all levels,the service mode of new community hospitals and the configuration of new added functions of new community hospitals.This paper discusses the topic through five chapters.In the first chapter,this paper analyzes the research topic in an all-round way through the research background,object and positioning of the research object,and defines the related concepts of the research topic.In the second chapter,through the comparison of the development of community hospitals at home and abroad,the investigation and analysis of residents' functional needs for community hospitals and the analysis of the current situation of community hospital construction,the author makes clear the characteristics of the function positioning of community health service centers in China,which is biased,isolated and inflexible.Combined with the current situation of research,the paper summarizes several problems in the functional service mode of community hospitals in China:they cannot meet the diversified needs;Non-standardized configuration of functional services;The function service is too single and lacks compound;Low efficiency;The implementation of the six parts in one is not in place.The third chapter,according to the analysis and research of the second chapter,comes to the establishment and research of "five functions" service mode.And from six summary elaboration:?community health education management based functional service model;?the functional service mode based on "community+medical institutions at all levels";?functional service mode based on community rehabilitation;?to community health care primarily functional service model;?functional service model based on community rehabilitation and old-age care;?on the above "five functional service model" for the combination of systematization,modularization,forming whether from the functional service model,or functional space block has a model,complete a set of functional system,the formation of a new community hospital.The fourth chapter,combined with the research results of the third chapter,constructs the functional configuration system of community hospitals,and puts forward the corresponding design methods.Respectively from six summary to explore:? the new community hospital service mode of functional configuration and scale type;?
