Research On Automatic Control System Of HVAC In A Shopping Mall In Shenyang

In recent years,there are more and more buildings with air conditioning,and the energy consumption of air conditioning is also increasing.Under the background of national energy saving and environmental protection policy,automatic control of air conditioning system is becoming more and more important.The research object of this paper is the HVAC automatic control system in shopping malls.Firstly,the development status and some problems of HVAC control system at home and abroad are summarized,and how to do well in HVAC automatic control system is analyzed in detail.Secondly,it summarizes the technical requirements of sensors,DDC controllers and other equipment in the automatic control system of H VAC,and describes in detail the implementation process of HVAC control system.Thirdly,the control strategies of the same units,large and small units,ice storage and other working conditions of water chillers in HVAC system are deeply studied.At the same time,the operation control strategies of cooling tower in refrigeration and natural cooling conditions,as well as the control strategies of boiler room,heat exchange station,air conditioning terminal and other equipment are also deeply studied.Thirdly,the automatic control system of HVAC and energy saving in operation are studied,including the operation energy saving of free cooling tower and the energy saving research of reducing installed capacity and running cost after setting up automatic control system.Finally,according to the actual case of a shopping mall in Shenyang,the paper makes a detailed summary of how to do well the automatic control system of HVAC in the actual project.In this paper,through the actual project of a shopping mall in Shenyang,how to design the automatic control system of HVAC,how to realize the regulation and control of cold,heat source equipment,air conditioning(fresh air)units and end fan coil units are studied in detail,which can provide some reference for the design and operation of the automatic control system of HVAC.
