Through the development of new urban areas and the improvement of infrastructure in recent years,China has gradually realized the importance of urban underground integrated pipe corridors for the long-term and sustainable development of cities.Therefore,it also promotes the development of urban underground integrated pipe corridors,combined with the widespread application of precast concrete in the construction of urban underground integrated pipe corridors in various countries around the world.This paper proposes the overall prefabrication scheme of the large-section urban underground integrated pipe gallery,and optimizes and analyzes the section of the section.Its main advantage is the on-site factory production,which improves the production efficiency of the pipe gallery,avoids the transportation problems of large components,improves the installation efficiency and construction efficiency,and avoids the traditional construction work caused by the cast-in-place method.At the same time,the overall prefabrication of the pipe wall can greatly improve the waterproof effect of the urban underground integrated pipe gallery,reducing the cost of maintenance,repair and operation.In this paper,we mainly analyze the mechanical characteristics of the section of the urban underground integrated pipe gallery which is prefabricated in the whole section without the partition structure.At the same time,the optimization of the binning design and the different compartments are carried out in the case of the cross-section.The variation of the force characteristics under the configuration form,and compare the concrete strength grade,the steel bar diameter and the thickness of the partition wall as parameters:In order to study the influence of the wall thickness of the rectangular cross-section integrated pipe gallery,four specimen wall models with different pipe wall thicknesses were established in the second chapter,and the load equivalent was carried out according to the environment in the actual project.By loading different test pieces,observe the changes of stress,strain and deformation of the test piece,and form the internal force worth the line chart.Through the comparative analysis of the data,the wall thickness of the rectangular cross-section integrated pipe gallery is 1/15.Furthermore,in order to study the influence of the change of the internal partition structure of the rectangular cross-section integrated pipe gallery on the overall force of the pipe wall,the test pieces of five different partition forms were established in the third chapter of this paper.Comparing the loaded stress and strain cloud maps and the internal force value data of the test piece by analyzing and analyzing the test pieces under the condition that the test pieces are only different in structure,It can be used to obtain the corresponding influence of the test piece on the whole pipe wall under different partitions,and optimize the cross section of different requirements according to the corresponding influence.Finally,the influence of some factors of the pipe wall on the stress of the pipe wall is studied.In the fourth chapter,the thickness of the vertical partition wall in the internal structure of the pipe gallery,the strength grade of the concrete used in the pipe wall,and The change of the diameter of the steel bar under the condition of keeping the reinforcement ratio constant is carried out as a research parameter for simulation analysis,and relevant conclusions and recommendations are made.
