Fused Deposition Modeling FDM(Fused Deposition Modeling FDM)is a comprehensive manufacturing technology which integrates CAD,CAM,CNC and material science.This technology has created a new model of product development,enabling designers to experience the effect of design in an unprecedented intuitive way,accelerating the speed of product renewal,and reducing the risk of enterprises investing in new products.However,compared with traditional manufacturing methods,this technology still has a certain gap in processing efficiency and product forming accuracy,which limits the development space of this technology.Therefore,the improvement of forming accuracy and layering algorithm has become a research hotspot of rapid prototyping technology.Firstly,this paper studies the technology from the aspect of technology.By choosing the four main factors of process parameters,such as layer thickness,scanning speed,sprinkler temperature and filling line width,the orthogonal experiment is carried out to study the dimensional accuracy of the parts in X,Y and Z directions.The signal-to-noise ratio is taken as the index to measure the product precision performance.In order to optimize the parameters and shorten the selection time of the optimum scheme,the range analysis method was used to select the optimum parameters in X,Y and Z directions.After that,this paper calculates the test data by variance analysis,establishes the variance analysis table,and obtains the order of significant influence of process parameters on dimensional accuracy in X,Y and Z directions.On this basis,this paper establishes the mathematical model of single objective parameter optimal scheme prediction through multiple linear regression analysis,and proves the correctness and feasibility of the prediction equation through experiments.Secondly,on the basis of orthogonal experiment,the weight matrix method is used to combine the three directions of X,Y and Z.On the basis of traditional analysis,the interaction between factors is considered to find the best combination of process parameters to meet the overall dimensional accuracy of the part.Finally,this paper studies the equal-thickness layering algorithm,and proposes a new algorithm based on the existing layering algorithm.The experimental evaluation shows that the algorithm not only achieves simple,but also has high computational efficiency,and can obtain a closed and complete layered contour on the premise of ensuring the processing accuracy.
