At present,prefabricated buildings is developing vigorously all over the country,but its high cost restricts its development to a certain extent.The prefabricated structure is divided into concrete structure,steel structure and wood structure.This paper mainly studies the prefabricated concrete structure,and its cost increment mainly lies in the manufacture,transportation and installation of precast concrete components.Because of the emergence of new processes,new material and new technology of prefabricated buildings,it is no longer suitable for the traditional engineering quota,and it is difficult to control the cost without the basis for valuation.Taking Liaoning Province’s prefabricated buildings quota as an example,the quota measurement of precast concrete components is studied,and the cost of prefabricated buildings is optimized in this paper.Through consulting a large number of references to understand the development of prefabricated buildings at home and abroad,and to understand the relevant quotas and cost control optimization research.In order to optimize the construction cost of prefabricated buildings,this paper starts with the research on the quota measurement of PC components.Studing the production quota and installation quota of PC components through visiting the manufacturing factory and analyzing engineering cases,which paves the way for the analysis of the consumption of manual work,materials and machinery in following engineering cases.The cost composition of prefabricated buildings were studied and analyzed,which is in contrast with the cost composition of traditional cast-in-place concrete building.The relationship between quota consumption and cost is analyzed.And then the optimization function of the quota consumption of PC components in the manufacturing process and project cost function are established.Finally,the optimization model of quota-cost is established.The quota consumption optimization function mentioned in this paper refers to the mathematical function of the comprehensive consumption of man-power,material and machinery in engineering based on the current quota.In order to solve the quota-cost optimization model,a hybrid genetic algorithm is proposed and solved by means of MATLAB software.Hybrid genetic algorithm improved on the basis of the simple genetic algorithm and the solution procedure and steps are described.In order to verify the validity of the hybrid genetic algorithm and the feasibility of the quota-cost optimization model,the quota-cost optimization model was solved by the hybrid genetic algorithm and the simple genetic algorithm for the A project in Shenyang.By comparing the results,it is found that hybrid genetic algorithm improves the convergence,reduces the number of iterations,avoids the local optimization of simple genetic algorithm,improves the quality of solution,and reduces the total project cost,which plays a certain reference role in the cost control and optimization of prefabricated buildings.
