The construction industry,as our national economy,has maintained a relatively stable development in recent years.Traditional form of construction of the cast-in-situ in construction project to produce the problem such as waste of resources,environmental pollution is very serious,and popularize and building "a resourceconserving and environmentally friendly" runs counter to the sustainable development of the society,so we need to seek a new form of construction to replace the existing building model.The prefabricated building has the advantages of fast construction speed,saving artificial and materials,and working in good conditions,etc.In recent years,the government and provinces have launched a series of policies to encourage the development of the prefabricated building.However,the cost of the prefabricated building is higher than the cost of traditional cast-in-place construction and it has become a major reason to its continued development.By means of relevant literature reasearch and field research,the main factors that caused the high prefabricated cost are the production stage and transportation stage of prefabricated components,and the detailed analysis is carried out,and the reasonable cost reduction methods are proposed from the production stage and transportation stage of prefabricated components.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Research on the prefabricated building development present situation in China and abroad,combined with China's construction industry development,and illustrates the prefabricated building in the necessity of the implement of promotion,at the same time finds out the main reason for the prefabricated concrete building cost on the high side.(2)The paper studies the cost of prefabricated components and cast-in-place components in four areas of Beijing,Shanghai,Xi 'an and Chengdu,quantitatively analyzes the main influencing factors of the cost difference under different construction methods,and puts forward the cost control methods for the further development of the prefabricated building in different areas.For example,improving construction technology,cultivating professional workers and reasonably selecting transportation machinery,etc.(3)According to the distribution process of the prefabricated components that a prefabricated factory delivers prefabricated components to multiple construction sites for using a variety of models,and considering the transportation fuel consumption,labor cost and rental cost of different models,this paper establishes a model of transportation cost.(4)In order to obtain the optimal solution and scheduling scheme of the model of transportation cost,the particle swarm optimization algorithm was chosen.Based on the shortcomings of the traditional particle swarm optimization algorithm in searching ability and the adaptability of vehicle scheduling problem,it has been improved by the inertial weight and the coding method.A project case is solved by improved particle swarm optimization algorithm,and the final result is compared with the result of using standard dynamic programming method,which verifies the rationality and validity of the improved particle swarm optimization.
