The influence of adaptive behaviour in buildings has been widely recognized by the academic community.Not only can it improve the quality of the indoor environment,but it also has an important impact on thermal comfort and energy consumption.Adaptive behavior usually includes controlling doors and windows,air conditioning and other equipment to adjust indoor environmental comfort and reduce building energy consumption.Building energy consumption is closely related to people's living habits.It is very important for the personnel to control the building equipment.Building energy consumption predictions are critical to improving decisions to reduce energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions,and can help evaluate different building design options and building operations strategies.In summary,providing a comfortable building environment and rapid prediction of energy consumption has become a key issue in today's architectural design.Windows serve as a vehicle for indoor and outdoor contact,so there is an important relationship between windowing behavior and indoor thermal comfort and building energy consumption.In this paper,the questionnaire survey is used to conduct on-the-spot investigation on the summer and winter thermal comfort of a university building and the behavior of residents'window opening.Analyze the extent to which different influencing factors affect the thermal comfort and windowing behavior of indoor residents in naturally ventilated rooms and air-conditioned rooms.Real-time monitoring of the window opening behavior of an office in the winter,using EnergyPlus energy simulation software to quantify the actual window heat loss.Based on the data obtained from the simulation,the related research on multivariate linear analysis,BP neural network and radial basis function network window heat loss prediction is carried out.The research results show that for the natural ventilation room,even if the person chooses to open the window all day in summer,the staff comfort requirements cannot be met.In winter,due to the low indoor supply temperature,the window opening habits of personnel are not reasonable,and it is necessary for personnel to increase the window opening frequency.Improve indoor air quality.The satisfaction of personnel comfort in air-conditioned rooms is significantly higher than that of naturally ventilated rooms.The Energyplus energy simulation software was used to quantify the actual window heat loss of an office.The heat loss value of the window was 16359.67w.Using multiple linear analysis,BP neural network and radial basis function network to calculate the window heat loss during the test.Reasonable prediction,found that the radial basis function in the real-time prediction of thermal load scheme,the simulation results can be closer to the overall trend,and the prediction accuracy is higher.The research results of this paper can play an active role in the construction of comfortable building environment and rapid prediction of energy consumption in the field of architectural design in severe cold regions,and provide a basis for subsequent research.
