With the increasing of building energy consumption in our country,most of the indoor workers adopt the building environmental control mode of maximizing the energy-saving effect to meet their own thermal comfort and the ambient air quality.As a typical way of building environment control,window opening behavior has an important impact on thermal comfort,air quality and building energy consumption.At present,there are few studies on the behavior of opening windows of office building indoor personnel in the transition season and winter in severe cold area.Therefore,this paper uses the research method of real-time monitoring and mathematical analysis to study Changchun,a typical city in severe cold area.So as to provide correct guidance for the opening of windows in severe cold areas,and improve the thermal comfort and indoor air quality of personnel.In this project,an office building in Changchun is selected as the research object from April to June?transition season?and September to November?winter?2019.The indoor thermal environment and window state shall be monitored in real time,including indoor temperature and humidity,indoor CO2concentration,indoor PM2.5concentration and window switch state.By using mathematical analysis,the environmental factors and non environmental factors are correlated with the window state one by one.Using the theory of multivariate analysis of variance to screen environmental factors.The environmental parameters are converted to dimensionless decimal by normalization,which is convenient for the comparison of variables.The collinearity diagnosis method is used to determine whether there is collinearity between independent variables.Finally,using logistic regression theory,the environment parameters through collinearity diagnosis are taken as independent variables,and the window states with results of 1 and 0 are taken as binary dependent variables.A binary logistic regression model is established to determine the influencing factors and describe the window opening behavior.The results show that,the indoor temperature has the most positive correlation with the window opening behavior of office buildings in severe cold area,followed by the solar irradiance;Outdoor temperature has the most positive correlation with the window opening behavior in winter,followed by indoor temperature and wind speed.It is worth noting that outdoor AQI has the most negative impact on the window opening behavior in winter.Although this test coincides with the early stage of heating in Changchun City,most of the outdoor air quality is in a good grade,that is,the outdoor AQI fluctuates within the acceptable range.
