| A large amount of energy is consumed in buildings,which has exceeded industrial energy consumption and become the primary output industry for energy consumption.With the increasing attention paid to energy conservation and emission reduction in all walks of life around the world,building energy conservation has become an urgent problem to be solved.In view of the problem of office buildings’ high energy consumption,scholars at home and abroad has carried out a lot of research and have achieved remarkable results.Meanwhile,occupant behavior,as one of the six major factors affecting building energy consumption,has received extensive attentions and researches.The building itself does not consume energy at the operation stage,but the use of various types of equipment within the building causes energy consumption.However,most of these devices are controlled and regulated by users.Therefore,for crowded office buildings,it is necessary to study the energy use behaviors of building users and take appropriate measures to control their high energy consumption behaviors,so as to reduce building energy consumption and achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction.Based on the theory of DNAS(Drive,Need,Action,System),the behavior characteristics,the cause of behavior differences,the sensitivity of energy use behavior,and the factors affecting energy use behaviors in office building occupants are analyzed separately in this paper by qualitative theoretical research and quantitative data analysis.The evaluation methods and means related to energy using behavior,such as behavior sensitivity,sensitivity level,energy consumption influence,and interaction between energy-use behavior factors are proposed,which provides references for energy-saving design and the formulation of energy-saving policies.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Design questionnaire based on the DNAS theory,and collect the relevant data of the current office building attributes and occupant behaviors;analyze the results of the questionnaire,summarize the basic characteristics of office buildings,user attributes and energy use behaviors in the North region,and analyze the reasons for the differences in energy use behavior.(2)Quantify the sensitivity of changes in energy-use behaviors to energy consumption.The influence of different occupant behaviors on total building energy consumption under the same equipment environment is measured by establishing an office building information model,and the sensitivity of certain behavior is determined according to the change of energy consumption,and eventually the user’s control behaviors of different devices are divided into three kinds of sensitivity levels.(3)Establish the influencing factors set energy use behavior.The energy consumption impact of seven levels are determined according to the value of the building energy consumption per unit area of the response variable by the DOE experimental design method.(4)Explore the interactions of influencing factors of energy ues behaviors.According to the interaction diagram of unit area,the interaction among seven factors is summarized,and the interaction is divided into three levels: “strong interaction,medium-strong interaction and no interaction”. |
