| The EPC general contracting mode is a general contracting mode of design,procurement,and construction that is more popular in recent years.Under this model,the scope of the general contractor’s project contracting is expanded,the uncertainty of the project bidding is increased,and the contractor and the owner sign the general contract of the fixed period and the total price,and the most risk that may occur during the construction process is allocated to The contractor.Therefore,the risk management of the general contractor becomes the key content of project management.In this context,the risk management process and risk management method of general contract mode are systematically studied.First of all,this paper comprehensively collects research literatures in the field of risk management at home and abroad,and through the analysis of the theory of the field,defines the connotation of EPC mode risk management,analyzes the process and characteristics of risk management,and uses the literature synthesis method to combine with FIDIC.The existing risk factors were identified and classified;through questionnaires,mathematical methods were used to analyze the survey data,and 11 risk categories and 38 typical risk factors were summarized and elaborated;The contractor risk indicator evaluation system under the EPC mode was established.Secondly,on the basis of scoring engineering project risk indicators,the weight of risk factors was assigned by ahp and rough set theory respectively,and the comprehensive weight of risk indicators was obtained by adjusting the coefficient.The comprehensive risk assessment system of contractors under EPC mode was established by using the efficacy coefficient methodFinally,taking suining song porcelain cultural center as an example to demonstrate the risk assessment system established,the risk level faced by the project contractor was obtained,and the risk control measures were put forward according to the single project score value of the risk index... |
