Research On Risk Management Of General Contractor Of Expressway EPC Project Based On AHP-MF Model

In recent years,the EPC general contracting model has been gradually promoted and applied in the field of construction engineering at home and abroad due to its outstanding advantages.In order to promote green transportation and build a strong transportation country,highway projects under the EPC model are gradually emerging in China.However,in the face of political,technical,economic and management risks,the risk awareness and risk management of general contractors of highway projects under the EPC model are extremely important.At present,China’s research on risk management mainly focuses on qualitative analysis,and there is no complete and practical analysis and evaluation method for risk management.This paper studies the risks faced by the general contractor of highway engineering under the EPC mode,integrates domestic and foreign research results,expert experience,and the characteristics of the highway EPC itself,and uses AHP,Matlab calculations,and fuzzy mathematical methods(Fuzzy)quantitative analysis of the main risk factors faced by expressway general contractors in the whole stage,focusing on the risk identification and risk response measures of expressway general contractors from bidding to completion.In the construction of highway projects,special attention must be paid to the prediction and response to these risks in the implementation and management,and comprehensive layered measures should be formulated.Finally,an empirical study was conducted with the Guangxi Longshuo Expressway EPC project as an example to verify the risk.Method reliability.The purpose is to provide a scientific and reasonable basis for the general contractor to carry out risk assessment and management decisions on highway EPC projects through reasonable risk assessment.Risk management has always been a very complex and urgent issue for general contractors.The qualitative analysis of the risk factors that China’s expressway general contracting enterprises face in the contracting market,and the establishment of a systematic project management system and risk response measures have practical positive significance for the general contractor in selecting and avoiding the risks of expressway projects.
