With the rapid development of our national economy,high-rise buildings and super-high-rise buildings have emerged in large numbers.New such as Plastic and aluminum alloy forms have appeared in construction,among which aluminum alloy forms have been used more.Because aluminum alloy forms have the advantages of convenient installation and demolition,high turnover,simple construction,strong versatility,and smooth appearance of concrete,their flatness and vertical degree meet the requirements of the "Quality Acceptance Standard for Concrete Construction Engineering,.Its usage in construction takes advantage of the energy conservation and environmental protection products promoted by the Ministry of Construction.Aluminum alloy form early demoulding system can make its construction progress faster.Aluminum alloy form system has been used in a large number of high-rise buildings and Super high-rise buildings.According to the limited requirements given in the "Technical Specification for Composite Aluminum Alloy Form Engineering"(JGJ386-2016):The section of the vertical rod is a commonly used scaffold steel pipe and the height of the vertical rod is limited to 3.3 meters.At present,hospitals,comprehensive shopping malls,exhibition and conference centers,schools,office buildings,hotel apartments and other buildings that use a variety of functions are more novel in their facades and more varied in height.Office,entertainment,exhibitions,conferences and other venues story height are almost all more than 3m high,and the use of ultra-high support forms has emerged with the application of aluminum alloy forms.Some units can not guarantee the problem because of the ultra-high stability of the vertical bar,but instead use the commonly used plywood form support system construction.In this regard,there is a need and necessity for further research.Due to the fact that the author encountered the construction layer more than 3 m in the actual Shengjing Plaza project,and a large number of 4.2m and 5.4m-high plate support Heights,it belongs to the ultra-high vertical tube aluminum alloy form system.In order to find out whether the aluminum alloy form system can be used to solve the problem of the application of a single support vertical tube in the project,for the future engineering practice needs,especially taking the project as an example,the aluminum alloy form support system with ultra-high single standing tube supporting is designed and applied.the vertical ultra high single standing tube should meet the requirements of bearing capacity and deformation of the structural floor under construction conditions while it is convenient for transportation and installation.The project vertical tube design is divided into two portions,and the connection with the special fit joint is used on the site.The design of tube and the form aluminum alloy joint can meet the performance of the fixed joint at the top,and the vertical tube can meet the stability requirements.The design can achieve the construction requirements without affecting its early demolition.This paper takes this project as an example to design the formwork,the section of vertical steel tube and the head support node,to study the formwork support system that can meet the engineering safety and early disassembly system in line with the actual situation,and to carry out reliability analysisIn this paper,the basic scheme of formwork support design for this project is given,the wall and column formwork and the supporting system are calculated and the strut finite element simulation is conducted.The optimal design results are given.The analysis shows that the design calculation and installation system of 5.4 m high aluminum alloy template is feasible and has been applied and verified in engineering practice.The practice has prove that steel stand tube is the key pillar of supporting form.For 5.4m story height below,the use of a single tube support system is feasible.The use of single support tube not only solves the problem that a large number of horizontal poles in concrete pouring affect the construction channel and operation conveuience,but also can save expenses,facilitate early demolition,and take into account the quality improvement.Over-section steel tube do not meet the requirements of transportation and installation.For too small section,stability can not be guaranteed,and the section changes the joint design should also be reliable.The research in this paper provides theoretical and practical reference for further application of aluminum alloy forms,which is beneficial to the development of the industry.
