| As an external manifestation of social material environment and urban development context,residential sales offices not only need to meet the functions and forms of residential use,but also need to be put into narrative storytelling more urgently.The extension of the story and the storytelling of the plot are given and constructed.The introduction of narrative design into residential sales offices,more emphasis on people as the main body of the living experience,through increasing storytelling,thereby increasing the overall quality and meaning of its sales office.This paper mainly discusses the related research of residential sales office with the narrative design method,supplemented with the application and research of literature and theory,such as cultural symbol,display design,landscape narrative,etc.,in order to establish the preliminary theory and the frame structure of residential sales office.Taking the sales offices of residential areas on both sides of the strait as the object of study,through the collection of data,on-the-spot investigation,case analysis,theoretical framework and other methods in the old city transformation areas of Taiwan’s central Taipei,Taichung,and Tainan,as well as in the south and north-east of the mainland,To explore the development of the whole residential sales office.First of all,the background,purpose and significance of the research are considered and expounded,so as to make clear the methods of the research,to construct the main research contents and to define the related theories and concepts clearly.Secondly,by analyzing the composition of residential sales offices on both sides of Taiwan and mainland China,the author compares the residential sales offices on both sides of Taiwan and maiuland China,in order to understand the general principles of the overall construction.Thirdly,through the strategy level,the meaning layer and the technical layer in the three levels of narrative design,relying on the cultural symbols,the author makes a fuller fieldwork on the practice of the transformation of Taiwan’s old cities and the practice of the new Chinese style in the mainland.The author discusses and summarizes the narrative design pattern in the practice of residential sales office design between mainland and Taiwan,and discusses and summarizes it with the method of contrast and comparison.Finally,the theory is combined with the existing architectural space narrative and museum space display narrative to summarize the necessity of narrative design,at the same time,relying on cultural symbols,spatial narrative,The space display design extends the narrative design theory of residential sales office and sets up its frame to promote the overall narrative meaning. |
