Research On The Renewal Design Of Old Buildings Based On The Sustainable Theory

Today,with the continuous development of national economy,a lot of the original old buildings in a city were successively removed,followed by a then a high-rise buildings have sprung up,old and new buildings produced by the turn of the construction waste have brought more and more serious environmental pollution,so the construction of ecological civilization is more important than ever before.The report of the 19th CPC national congress put forward that we should set up the concept of socialist ecological civilization,which requires us to implement the concept of sustainable development in all flelds of social production.In recent years,in China,the concept of "green building" which belongs to the concept of sustainable development has been well promoted,so it is known to people that the concept of sustainable development in the construction industry is more conducive to the construction of ecological civilization of the whole society.As early as 1933,Dr.Charles Cabot first proposed the new term "sustainable concept architecture",with the purpose of formulating the development standards of the construction industry to better help the development of future buildings.In the 1990s,the United Nations conference on environment and development formally put forward the proposition of "sustainable development consensus",which recognized the necessity of sustainable development of buildings.In such a social background,the development of green building has been constantly,energy-saving design of the technology is also gradually perfect,the whole building industry are advancing in the direction of the "green",so the old buildings in the update the sustainable theory should be also should be:on the one hand,we should not only the construction of green building,on the other hand also want to apply green energy-saving technology to retrofit of old buildings.This paper mainly elaborates the latter,that is,on the basis of the existing sustainable theory,studies the renewal,transformation and redesign of old buildings.The first chapter first studies the development environment of the whole society,then analyzes the domestic and foreign sustainable theory applied to the old building renewal design research status,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the status quo analysis;The second chapter mainly introduces the related concepts of sustainable theory and the significance and value of the reconstruction and reuse of old buildings.The third chapter mainly introduces the background of wuzhen and the analysis of the preliminary investigation of the project.The fourth chapter elaborates the guiding idea of sustainable development theory for the west gate project of wuzhen,and the fifth chapter specifically analyzes the design practice of sustainable development theory in the west gate project of wuzhen,and USES this case to illustrate the significance of sustainable development architecture.
