With the deepening of the degree of customer personalization and greening demand,the intelligent degree of products become increasingly,the complexity of corresponding products and the requirements of technical level are also growing,which directly leads to a dramatic increase in the complexity of the product design process.In the fierce market competition environment,if enterprises that produce and design complex modular products want to gain the market advantage,it is necessary to establish the design process model of complex modular products.The model can clearly describe the activities and information flow in the design process,and guide the product design work,enable products to seize the market quickly.In order to solve the problem of time control and resource allocation in the process of complex modular product design,this paper focuses on the modeling of complex modular product design process,the main work is as follows:(1)Aiming at the design task of complex modular products design process,the possible state of design task execution and the state transition in the process of execution are pointed out.On this basis,the time constraint relationship and resource constraint relationship between design tasks are proposed,and the resource manager model is constructed to solve the problem of design resources allocation.(2)The business flow chart is built through the analysis of the business process of the complex modular product design.The transformation rule is proposed to transform the business flow chart into the TCWF_net model,which clearly describes the design tasks of the design process and the execution relationship between tasks.Finally,the complex modular product design process model based on TCWF_net is constructed by using CPN Tools,which effectively monitor the product design process and design cycle.(3)In order to reduce the product design cycle,considering that the enterprise outsources some modules of the product to the corresponding design supplier,a fuzzy TOPSIS decision method based on triangular fuzzy language variables is proposed to select the design supplier.(4)Taking A type of automobile as a case,the design process model of automobile product is established by using CPN Tools,and the model is analyzed for state space and time.The product design process is improved and optimized based on the analysis results.Finally,a suitable design supplier is selected for the fuel tank module of A type of automobile through using the fuzzy TOPSIS decision method,which reduces the automobile design cycle.
