With the aeroengine blade's varieties and manufacture, this thesis described the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) to blade according to xi'an aeroengine company. This thesis stated the whole scheme of Business Process Reengineering, created a set of method to achieve the Business Process modeling and Evaluation. In this thesis it is be used that some theory and method about the technical process designing. Business Process reengineering of blade be done under the numeric condition .The result of reengineering be analyzed and evaluated, which will provide the modeling for the design, evaluation and integration.The main research contents and contributions in the thesis are as follows:1. The whole scheme about Business process reengineering of bladeBy investigating and analyzing the fact, we know about that Business process reengineering is important, give out some phases of Business process reengineering, the technique and method of adopting in the different phases, show the process of business process reengineering to blade.2. Business process reengineering modeling based on Petri netsBy analyzing the Petri nets, this thesis use the modeling method of Petri nets, select one special case of modeling with stainless steel, high temperature alloy blade. Then we contrast the fore-and-aft process, find that the process be improved on all sides.3. Evaluation to business process reengineering modelingMany factors needed in evaluation process be picked up from the the Petri nets. With the criterion of process reengineering in the project, The process reengineering be evaluated and researched by using the qualitative and quantitative method.
